I know you posted this a while ago, but I wanted to say that I think that atoms air water etc all essentially break down to ENERGY and that nothing is really solid... so I don't think our thoughts are solid. I like the rest of your post though! :)

Wonderful video! I'm a very intuitive/spiritual person and tend to make decisions based on my intuition. You are spot on with this ...many people make the mistake of thinking too logically about things. They don't realize that there is truth, but its not out there, its IN them! I feel that small voice is actually your spirit guides leading you in the right direction. Everyone has them, therefore everyone has intuition.

If everything is made up of atoms, air, water, gases, ect, that means everything is a solid when broken down far enough, so, does this mean our thoughts are solids? Does anyone even know where the mind is? The head? The chest? All around us? There was scientific proof that our thought waves do not even come form our own bodies, they said our thought waves came from "somewhere" out of our bodies into our bodies then we make our bodies react to our thoughts that came from somewhere else. i find.. that if i do as you say sit quietly and ask.. i get the answer that i want

I feel more than I think. Should there be more balance in that? The way I think about feeling more, is no matter what the situation is, and how much I should do it, how logical it is, if I "feel" uncomfortable about it, I won't do it. This works pretty well, not all the time though. I find that taking time to think about things is a good idea for me, so I don't get pushed into things that are like death for me. People don't understand what it's like to be this way. We are not all the same.

Thank you!

Yes, tapping into your intuition can help. Understanding you are an intuitive empath, an energy sponge, can help so you don't absorb the energy of others. Please read Postive Energy. It's all about this.

I tend to think and feel "too much" to the point of becoming emotionally/mentally exhausted. I'm very empathetic but I haven't quite figured out how to channel all my energy with those around me. I rather stay home where it's quiet over being out in public, because a room full of people (for esp.) can create an overwhelming sense of emotions in me (at times, not always). My mind becomes "busy" to the point of getting a migraine. Can tapping into my intuition help me out at all in this area?

What if I can't stop thoughts from coming into my head? Like, if someone tells you not to look at something, you automatically do it? Well, that's what it's like when I try to stop thinking and just breathe.

In the kabbalistic explanation of matter one may discern the components of thge phenomenon that are the circuitboard of such ideas, in the vedas one may learn how the intuitive interacts.
judithorloffmd
interesting about reference about intuitive empathy in the Kaballah. Thanks for sharing this.
verndewd
add to empathy intuitive response, also relatively easy to discren from people when they dont even realize they are doing it.
verndewd
curious. I have been an empath and known it since 5 or so so I have read alot to refine my experiences. kabbalah is just one of the ancient texts formulated around describing such things. One of many such ideas including the vedas. The dynamics of empathy are experienced by pretty much everyone most of us who are realized can watch empathy in action, but describing it is difficult you seem to do sell in that.
judithorloffmd
thankyou. don't really know much about Kaballah, but I'd glad there's some resonance.
verndewd
good simplistic dialogue that is also focusing and effective. I am guessing you have delved into kabbalah, among other things.good stuff here.

keep breathing to center yourself and connect. It's a steady, sacred, practical practice. Very lovely and calming.
